my in laws giving daily rusk and coffee. I'm seeing blood in motion. how to get rid of this

You are having a rusk and coffee every day and then you are saying blood into the motion while having rusk and coffee is not a problem if you’re having it once in a day but blood into the motion is usually associated with stomach infection so please consult your doctor they’ll advise you clearly on that
