Q.

my husband has too much back pain n he feels very tired. he comes late at night and couldn't take better sleep. he looks weak. and I am healthy , what should I do to make myself fit.

A. hi mom give good proteins and check with doctor if any b complex vitamin, vit d or calcium supplements is needed or not give variety of vegetables and fresh fruit
