Q.

my girl sleeps at 3.00 am.I try every sleep training method but she's not asleep fast at night when it will change. Then when she sleeps on her own because she always wants to take or suck breastfeed

A. hi mam, I understand it but it is common problem among breastfed babies. don't worry it alright by the time naturally. no need to force your child for this. just try to stay consistent for your child routine. to make your child sleep well and earlier , take your child to room before one hour of sleep time use dim lights keep the environment calm and dark while sleeping. avoid distractions.
