My girl is licking floor. does this mean she is anemic???

A. It’s a very common habit of kids to lick every thing I think your child could probably be in the first place having its teeth and secondly there could be one percent of a chance that your child could be having deficiency of calcium but all in all if I look at it in a general prospective it’s a very common habit
