Q.

my girl is 2 years 8 months old. she is getting sick very often these days because of the climatic changes. she had fever 4 days back. I check her temperature in the armpit. my pead told me to use 4ml of paracetamol if the temperature is more than 99. every morning her body temperature is 98.4 to 98.8. should i consider this as fever? her body is warm. not normal. but she is active. should I give paracetamol?
