NikithaMom of a 11 yr old boy3 years agoA. hello some kids can be slow weight gainers and if the baby is active then weight is not a problem and make sure to give your child HEALTHY AND NUTRITIOUS food in the diet and also include banana avocados potatoes and sweet potatoes and ragi dry fruits etc
