My girl baby is 4.5years old but having under eye wrinkles and some pores..(like a oily skin open pores) what's the reason?

Maybe it is just a skin type and that is why the pores are there maybe the skin of the child is generally oily and that is why this could be happening as without an assessment it’s very difficult to say why this is happening and what the reason it would be good for you to visit a dermatologist
