Q.

my Four and half months old son had a fever temperature 🌡️ is 100.7. what I have to do.is that serious.please suggest me any medicine please.

A. Hello, your baby boy is 4.5 months old and he is having a fever upto 100.7 degrees then you should give him frequent breast feeding and calpol 1 ml three times a day
