my first son is 3year old he is not eating food properly he does not like rice items and milk

A. Hello mom as the child gets exposed to new foods and flavours , they have their own preferences so it’s fine at times , you have to keep on trying new ways to present these foods .. such as rice you can add many flavours to it such as lemon etc or some vegetable purée would be good
