my ESR in report is 28, what does ESR means...what it indicates...I have attached my reprt

Raised ESR shows some kind of inflammation in the body so first of all reduce your protein intake if you are taking protein shakes then stop taking it drink plenty of liquids add lemon in your water every time you drink water abd even pineapple is good
