Q.

My eleven months baby has running nose and he sweats a lot while eating and going to sleep? What should I do?

A. Namaste Mom, This might be happening due to the health , prefer to keep his head a little elevated while sleeping. Give him warm vegetable soup, home made kadha , fresh fruit juice as well is good, kichidi, dalia , upma etc
