Q.

My elder son is almost 10 years old and still he has constipation issue what to do in this case. He poop almost after 2 to 3 days

A. Laxative would be very good along with that I’m going to recommend you to start giving prune juice in the night before sleeping apply castor in the navel before sleeping and start the day with a glass of warm water by your child habit in sitting in mal aasan
