my doughter is 4year n 5month old...... meri doughter 3 week se sick h..... phly cold hua fir cough n chest congestion hui bhut jada bich m fever b aya 100.2 tk rhta tha fever...... medicines laye do bar.... bich m do din bilkul thik ho gai thi.... ab dobara rat ko cough start ho gai h n fever b rh rha h 100tk lekin sirf sham ko ata h pura din no cough no fever...... mujhe kya krna chahiye
