Q.

My doctor said to give vitamin D3 daily to my baby. Can I give it at night/ evening time? So my baby gets a good & cozy sleep at night? (Reason for asking this qstn: I think the vit D3 syrup helps increase good sleep cycle, but anyone can share their thoughts)

A. You can give it any time as per your convenience there is no fixed time for supplements to be given but no two supplements should be given together if you’re giving different supplements make sure that you’re maintaining good time gap and you can give it in the night if you feel it helps there is no problem
