my doctor gave polybion syrup to my child and i forget to ask weathr should i continue vitamin d syrup.. should i give both the syrups or only polybion is enough?

A. Hello, your baby girl is 3 years old and doctor has given her syrup polybion L then it’s a multivitamin syrup and vitamin d3 drops is different so you can give it upto 1855
