My daughter was fine till day before yesterday but since yesterday she is having dry cough, and this happened all of a sudden, I took every precaution I could as she had suffered a lot from cough and congestion in November 22, and this happened all of a sudden without any sign, she's having stuffy nose and severe dry cough, and had fever since yesterday,how does this developing of cough happens, how can I prevent this from happening, ever.

A. It is due to seasonal change as now the weather is going to change and usually falls sick so try boosting her immunity by giving Vitamin C rich fruits a healthy diet soups seasonal fruits and outdoor playtime
