my daughter vomit 2 days earlier. now she doesn't eat anything solid. only milk. also has pooping sound in her intestines. what to do

It Probably due to some discomfort in the stomach and it could be some infection as well or indigestion you better get a check with your doctor ones with proper medicines things are going to be better because going to help in regulating the digestive system of the child and will help in eliminating the issue which is troubling the child
