Q.
My daughter today passed motions for 6 times she is having yellow motions and white seed like thing and some mucus.. She is on breastfeed and formula feed

It Possibly be due to stomach infection because you are saying that there is a mucus this white Siri thing also so I think it could be due to mostly a stomach infection you should get it checked with your doctor if you needed to go ahead with a stool test as well
