my daughter's upper teeth was broken at d age of 2,,

A. upper teeth broken as sometimes baby may loose teeth accidently.. dont worry as these are milk teeth permanent teeth will start appearing at 5 to 6 yrs follow proper oral care routine use Himalaya toothpaste..
