My daughter's neck turned dark after using himalaya baby powder when she was a month old, had used as advised ny doctor due to sweat under neck. Its been 3 years even now it looks like dark ring..Its still there completely contrasting her skin tone. Any suggestions

Powders do not on the skin dark maybe you are not maintaining proper cleanliness and hygiene into that area which is why it is mostly dark a lot of kids have the similar kind of a problem due to sweat and sometimes when proper cleanliness is not maintain it is not because of a powder
