Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Constipation in Babies less than 6 months is very common and more in formula fed babies.
you can give bonnisan drops and some enzyme preparations in proper dose suggested by doctor and cow's milk should be avjgoided before 1 year of age

That’s I need a better than try your child crying from Gas issues or colic pain I think that’s much much better that the Gas is easily passed by your child or your child will not have colic pain or discomfort so that’s a very good thing all and also don’t worry about that thing at all
