Q.

my daughter one year seven months is sleeping very less at night .usualy she' sleeps by 12 but from last three days she's awake till morning 4 or 5 am.pls advice

A. thanks for the guidance yess she frequently have nose blocakade otherwise she's very active eapting well.can we give nausekind or nasivion drops frequently

A. Sleeping pattern in children may be variable in different age group so if the baby is active and taking proper feeding with no other complaints most of the time there is nothing to worry. You have to just see the child should not be uncomfortable which may be because of factors like temperature of the room nasal blockage some discomfort like infantile colic or hunger. In older children a proper dischipline is required so that the sleeping pattern can be scheduled according to a proper time try to avoid too much of screen time with sometimes can be the causative factor for disturbed sleep.

A. she continuously play go to park and we don't let her sleep after 5 she usually sleeps around 11 but wale up after an hour so the thing that u are advising I already m aware of . I think it's a case of sleep regression

A. Try to get your child physically exhausted don’t make your child sleep during the daytime and keep your child awake for one entire day so slowly it is going to be once your child gets tired your child to sleep early the daytime sleep is going to go away and that’s actually very good for a child
