A. Namaste Mom, Some difference is acceptable from the range, though include healthy high calorie foods such as nuts & seeds, eggs, chicken, milk, panner, ghee etc also dals, and legumes such as lobia , chana etc fresh fruit milk shakes, sago, stuff paranthas etc
