My daughter js 11.5 months from last 2-3 dys she is suffering from diarrhea but doin very less pee. why this happens

A. Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis whedre symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motiocxns are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
