Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. It is very important to meet your doctor to confirm whether the weight and height of the child is within normal limits or not 
and to know if child is suffering from any nutritional deficiency because that can lead to loss of appetite.
Offer different recipes and flavours made from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily to improve the weight and height of the child
Give plenty of water to drink and Juice extracted from fruits which acts as Natural appetizer
If the child is not allergic then you can add dry fruit powder as well as ghee to the diet which will help in improving the calorie and protein in the diet.
Go through different diet plan as well as recipes which is present in firstcry application. 
meet your doctor will tell you whether any intervention in the form of medicines required or not

If Your child is eating properly that that’s good enough you can just give a good amount of Paneer that your child on an every day basis and if your child is eating everything properly even after giving and yet the weight is not increasing that means your child’s body is not able to digest the food properly
