my daughter Israella is now going be 3 on 26 September. she coughing especially while sleeping what medicine can I give her.

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello, your baby girl is 3 years old and she is having coughs at the night times so mostly she is having allergic bronchitis and needs syrup Ascoril Ls 2.5 ml three times a day

I Say that you should nebulise your child before you put your child to sleep during the night time that will help in clearing the congestion from the throat and the chest and your child would be able to sleep properly that’s the one of the best ways that you can go ahead with
