my daughter is very skinny what food would you prefer??

A. Hello mom as far as the child is active for his age and eating healthy their is no issue , some individuals their metabolism and body structure is such . You can now give her foods that usually made at home for the family no much restrictions as such now for them . You can give eggs, dry fruits and nuts , lentils like chana , rajma , dals , whole grain cereals, milk , panner , ghee etc
