my daughter is still grinding her teeth in sleep despite having dewormed her every 3 months. she also has lot of trouble falling asleep. in general she alweps much less than kids her age and it is always a task to put her to sleep since infant hood

kids grind their teeth during the night time during the teething phase, other reason could be due to worms in stomach, stressful conditions.
consult with your pediatrician for regular health checkup of your child

Give your time and attention
Try alternative therapy like homeopathic medicine
Give well balanced nutritious food including fat carbohydrates protein
Make sure child takes enough nutrients
Limit daytime nap
Maintain hydration
