Q.

my daughter is releasing dry poop with visible blood mark. I am trying to increase water quantity. is there anything else I can do?

A. common cause of blood in an infant’s stool is a slight anal tear (fissure) from baby straining with the passage of the hard stool- give soft fibrous diet with plenty of fluids.
