my daughter is now 3.4 yr... till now she is not talking... her hyperactivity is becoming trouble day by day... what shall we do for her language development... should we take her to any psychologist for speech therapy

if a child is not uttering single word or not even babble,you must consult your pediatrician or speech therapist.
for hyperactivity problem ,I advise to limit your child salt and sugar intake.
keep your child well hydrated
limit your child screen time,it is very important.
spend quality time with your child which help to calm down your child
