Only time I make the kids eat is if they’re obviously hungry but not eating because they are distracted by something else Like tv games candy But if you put healthy and different foods in front of them and they are not hungry do not worry Offer it later Offer a healthy snack later
Then offer the same food at dinner time or the dinner you make yourself Mine eventually eat but there are days they are less in need then others Especially when they are small
