my daughter is having vomiting, not regularly but at intervals like she did that in morning twice and in evening as well.she is not eating anything properly. while she is active and playful but she is not taking anything inside and after few hours just vomit whatever she takes.we have taken medicine from doctor but no result from last 24 hours? what further can be done or anything else we can do?
