my daughter is having low grade fever from last 3 days and cough and cold....all of us had fever and cough in last week so we tested for covid and it was positive for all adults in my family. my daughter is the last one to get symptoms... everyone else have recovered... it's been 3 days now and she is still having fever around 100-101 and comes back in 8-9 hours sometimes 12 hours and sometimes in 3-4 hours. Currently I am giving her crocin/meftal for fever and ambrolite-s and alkof for cough as per prescription.... i just want to know if i should be worried it's day 5 for her and she is still having 100 fever....

yes as it's 5 days passed and fever is not subsiding.. it's preferable to visit your doctor,  or consult online or further evaluation and exact treatment or management. 
keep her well hydrate

but one advise that will surely help you
:
when she has fever please keep her Hydrated by giving her a spoon of water every 40 minutes

use simply purified water having tds higher than 350 for it.

keep a bowl of chopped onion near her bed approx three feet far over
