my daughter is having fever since today afternoon, have given her Calpol 250, after the effect was shes got 101.2 fever again, have given Calpol 250 again kindly suggest

A. repeat paracetamol once in 6 hourly only do cold sponging Fever is the response of the body against foreign infection like virus bacteria etc no need to use any medicines unless the temperature is more than hundred degrees
