my daughter is having fever of 101& 100 from three days with chest congestion, m giving her calpol and advent dry syrup, montair lc kid.. congestion is same fever comes down to 100 during day but high up at night, m worried about pneumonia.. plzz suggest

A. do continue advice medicine n do follow up visit with your treating doctor, oy he or she can inform, guide you in right way as he knows ur childscase in details.
