my daughter is having fever can I give her paracetamol drops

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby girl is 3 months old and she is having a fever so you should give her frequent breast feeding and 1.3 ml paracetamol three times a day

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is 3 months of age if the baby is having fever more than 99 degrees Fahrenheit there is no problem in giving paracetamol drops to the baby . .
