my daughter is having cough from 3days. doctor gave Alkof LS but still it is not reducing. what can I do for speedy recovery

Sitopaladi churna it is very good your child is seven years plus you can give easily about half a teaspoon with half a teaspoon of honey 1 teaspoon mix it well and then give it to the child 3 to 4 times in the day and no water for at least 40 minutes on top of that this would be very good
