my daughter is having blood particles in her stool. is this something to be concerned?

Yes It definitely is I would like to tell you that if you see white colour into the motion or blood into the motion or red colour into the motion then there is definitely a sign for infection it could be stomach infection or it could be something else but mostly it is a stomach infection only shows you should get a check with your doctor
