My daughter is having a canker sore in her mouth and having fever also. She is not having her food. Can canker sore cause fever?

A. hi the sores mostly caused by deficiency of vitamin D and vitamin B12 , constipation or indigestion. so please keep your child well hydrated avoid giving RO water which lead to deficiency of vitamin D and vitamin B12. give green veggies ,curd , buttermilk , banana, etc more give sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day and Apply thin layer of Turmeric powder on sores
