My daughter is doing light yellow Color poop and is not eating anything properly is there anything to worry about or should I consult my paediatrician

If It is diarrhoea then it is a matter of concern but if you’re just child a passing motion without any issue than light yellow colour is considered very much normal so in this case I’m not going to advise you to worry about it as I like I said light yellow colour if it is not Lose motion that It is normal
