my daughter is about 3 year old and still not mingling with other kids or understanding the general questions But she reads out alphabets, numbers etc perfectly.

A. some babies will take time to mingle with the peer group.. as they play along slowly and gradually they start or enjoy the company.. encourage the baby to play with the same age groups..
