My daughter is 9 years old and in body changes have started occurring on her chest and puberty hairs have also started appearing. Are these early symptoms of her periods?

Yes they are but also when you talk about puberty the hair growth would also be seen into the under arms along with the vagina region if you see that happening in both the places that means the time is not far it can be seen within six months to 1 year of time till the time the under arm hair are also not going with vagina hair you still have
