Weaning food can be started from 5-6 months of age and in that initially in the stage 1 you can introduce some semi solid food to the baby like Banana mango plum boiled Apple and then gradually you can start with some Puri of carrot potato other foods which can be given are porridge of suji e sabudana can be prepared in breast milk or formula milk.
initially you can start with one or two tsp which can be gradually increased up till at least three meals in a day

Give means three times to your child in a day also I am going to tell you one last time that its kids are sometimes just addicted to mothers feed that’s their way to stay close to their mother it’s completely normal so don’t worry about that you can feed your child but increase the number of meals for the child
