my daughter is 8months old.she is having constipation. please suggest what should I feed her

For constipation I would recommend you to give more of liquids to the child more of fibre-based diet to the child and also it right and include more of buttermilk and do the died that’s going to be very helpful and papaya and any other fruit which is highly rich in fibre
