Q.
my daughter is 8 years old and she has developed pubic hair. do I have to make some changes in her diet? will this trigger to early periods and also effect her growth of height?

just make sure to avoid packed and refrigerated foods.
start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day for healthy growth

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. Adrenarche is usually normal in girls who are at least 8 years old, and boys who are at least 9 years old. Even when pubic and underarm hair appear in children younger than this, it is still usually nothing to worry about, but your child does need to see their pediatrician for an exam.
