Q.

my daughter is 8 n half mths old she has very high fever from yesterday, I'm giving her sinarest 2.5 ml but still temperature not reduced. every 4 hrs I'm giving her this medicine, pls help..I'm worried doctor..

A. no worry it may be just flu .For fever paracetamol can be given to baby 3 to 4 times in a day and steam along with any cough syrup like ascoril can be given to baby 3 times in a day . But if any difficulty then consult near by doctor .
