my daughter is 7yrs old she is having pimple or something else on her chin....am really worried ...pls help me regarding this

You have to get it examined with your doctor without a picture or an assessment it’s difficult to say what kind of a pimple it is maybe just a minor infection but you’ll have to get examined with your doctor for proper treatment relating to the issue that
