my daughter is 7 years old and she is having some white spots on her face may be some iron deficiency as per the local doctor,can u suggest something more and diet regarding that.

White patches on face may have many reasons like
Vit Deficiency, worm infestation, skin Infection..
use a good skin cream , maintain skin hygiene and offer a healthy diet is nessesary.
it resolves itself spontaneously in a few months.. if not do Consult your paedritician first .
