My daughter is 7 months old and since last 2 days we have observed black coating on her tongue. what can be the reasons? any solutions for the same?

A. black tongue can be due to iron supplements you might be giving to the child and it should get cleaned with your clean finger. s if it is not decreasing in intensity after cleaning then you will have to rule out fungal infection of the tongue. it is advisable tdo get the child examine by the doctor.
