My daughter is 6 +years and she has had a fever since last night I'm giving her paracetamol every 6 hours. Can I give her antibiotics on the second day of fever

A. You can get fever medicine every six hours that’s actually the correct pattern to follow but antibiotics why are you giving to the child there is no reason to give antibiotics for a simple fever if there’s a reason why you think antibiotics are meant to be given then you should first consult your paediatrician
